These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of Gree air conditioners from Gree Air Conditioners Ghana, an authorized Gree distributor and dealer based in Osu, Accra.
Ordering
You can order through this website or by phone on 0237300000. Online orders are confirmed with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone or email. An order is only complete once verified and confirmed by us.
We may contact you before delivery to confirm your address and availability.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Ghana cedis and are shown on each product page and on our price list page. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
Cash on delivery is accepted. Other payment methods can be arranged by phone.
Delivery
We offer same-day delivery in Accra and Tema, charged separately. Delivery outside Accra and Tema is arranged by phone. See our Delivery & Warranty page for details.
Products and warranty
All units are genuine Gree air conditioners supplied through authorized distribution and carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty terms are described on our Delivery & Warranty page.
Liability
We are responsible for the units we sell and deliver. We are not liable for installation carried out by third parties, for electrical issues at your premises, or for delays caused by events beyond our control.
