Same-day delivery in Accra and Tema
Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off are delivered the same day within Accra and Tema. Delivery is charged separately — the fee depends on your location and the unit, and is confirmed when we call you about your order.
Delivery across Ghana
Outside Accra and Tema we arrange delivery to all regions of Ghana. Call us on 0237300000 to confirm timing and the delivery fee for your area.
1-year warranty
Every genuine Gree air conditioner we sell carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your order confirmation — it is your proof of warranty.
The warranty covers the unit itself. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation by third parties, unstable power supply, or physical damage after delivery.
Warranty claims
If your unit develops a fault within the warranty period, call 0237300000 or visit our Osu showroom. We will inspect the unit and repair or replace it in line with Gree's warranty terms.
