Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gree air conditioner. As an authorized Gree distributor and dealer in Ghana, every unit we sell is genuine and covered by warranty — this page explains how returns and exchanges work.
7-day return window
If your unit is faulty or not as described, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. The unit must be unused, undamaged and returned with its original packaging and all accessories.
Please inspect your unit at the time of delivery and test it as soon as possible.
What cannot be returned
Units that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Custom orders and units sold as part of a special promotion may be excluded unless faulty.
How to start a return
Call us on 0237300000 or visit our showroom at No:2, Adjoate Street, Osu, Accra with your order confirmation. We will inspect the unit and, once approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid using the same method you paid with, within 7 working days of the unit passing inspection. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
